Rose is passionate about a culture of caring, encompassing quality patient care, patient satisfaction, as well as purpose, joy in the work we do, and meaning for the hospital staff. She has a well-rounded clinical and leadership background, having worked as a medical-surgical nurse on several units, including orthopedics, ICU, and post-anesthesia care unit PACU. She also served as nurse director for PACU and surgical services and was the clinical education coordinator prior to being named chief quality officer CQO.
