It comes in several flavours which are all syn free. I buy this online, but you can get it in health food shops. This brand is 1 syn per level tbsp. I use it in porridge, oaty bakes and it can be mixed with a little water and used as traditional peanut butter.
I love these in porridge, oaty bakes, drizzled of fresh fruit or mixed with milk to make a low syn milkshake. All flavours chocolate, orange spice and coconut are 0. Sausages, burgers and meatballs are usually quite high in syns. Heck do a low syn range not all their products are low syn so check online before buying.
I have found these difficult to find in supermarkets, so was really happy to discover that you can buy them online. SW also do a range of sausages, burgers and meatballs that are syn free and are available from Iceland.
